Responsibility
- Assist the Store Head in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize store performance, including inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Supervise and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of productivity, customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Head to develop and implement localized sales strategies tailored to Bali’s unique retail landscape.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant store manager role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual display standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
