As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and driving sales growth. Responsibility
- Assist the Shop Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and stock levels using POS systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, such as promotions, loyalty programs, and local community engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food & beverage, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
