Responsibility
- Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client bookings.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional beauty services and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor salon performance metrics, including sales targets, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new services or products to enhance the salon’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a salon or beauty industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of salon operations, including hair, skin, and nail services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is a plus.
