Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral that align with brand messaging.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements and client deliverables.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the companyâs professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
