Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for hotel rooms, events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing approaches.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals with corporate and individual clients.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to boost online engagement and bookings.
- Organize and promote hotel events, weddings, and corporate functions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and promotional videos.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report insights to senior management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in designing marketing campaigns and materials.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric approach.
