Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by training and motivating staff to deliver a memorable dining experience.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain Samgyupsalamatâs high standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on service standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and sales reporting.
- Uphold company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Korean BBQ or Asian cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia or Korean is a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for hospitality and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred).
