Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
