This is a unique opportunity for hospitality professionals with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in fine dining, resorts, or high-volume restaurants. Candidates must be open to relocation within Indonesia (including Samarinda, Pekanbaru, or Banjarmasin) and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and inventory, coordinating with the kitchen to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus, special promotions, and cost-effective pricing strategies.
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and staff scheduling to optimize workflow during peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Assistant Manager, Chef de Partie, Supervisor, or Team Leader) in hospitality, fine dining, or resort settings.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and service excellence standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
  • Willingness to relocate to assigned locations (Bali or other Indonesian cities as needed).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields is advantageous.
