Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock and cost control.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
