Responsibility

  • Assist the Reservation Manager in overseeing daily reservation operations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations across all channels (phone, email, online platforms).
  • Monitor room availability and rates, implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Collaborate with the front office, sales, and housekeeping teams to coordinate guest requests and special arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and local attractions to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor reservation agents to uphold service standards and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume reservations and handling guest interactions professionally.
  • Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
