Responsibility
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and propose tailored investment, credit, and wealth planning solutions.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and market updates to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Credit, Compliance, Investment) to facilitate seamless client transactions.
- Monitor client portfolios, track performance, and proactively address inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations in private banking.
- Support client onboarding processes, including KYC/AML checks and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; CFA, CFP, or similar certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and portfolio growth.
- Strong understanding of investment products, credit facilities, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and banking compliance frameworks.
