Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of student academic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process student registrations, enrollments, and withdrawals in compliance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate with faculty and departments to verify and input grades, transcripts, and other academic documents.
- Prepare and distribute official academic documents, such as certificates, diplomas, and transcripts.
- Manage and organize student files, both digital and physical, in an efficient and secure manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and statistics related to student enrollment and academic performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Registrarâs Office, including handling inquiries from students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and institutional policies regarding student records.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a background in academic administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with student information systems (SIS).
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of student records.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with academic policies, registration procedures, and compliance requirements.
