Responsibility
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP).
- Conduct internal and external audits, identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead process validation initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and report findings to senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CQA, CQE) are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience with audit processes, CAPA systems, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in QA software tools (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab, or similar).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
