Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s quality management system (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive data-informed decisions and process optimizations.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
- Drive initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and rework, contributing to cost savings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing and logistics.
- Proven experience in leading audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Minitab, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
