Responsibility

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring hospitality and tourism projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and client services, to drive project success.
  • Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors) and local teams to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations in both Mandarin and English for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, hospitality, or tourism, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in the Bali hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
