Responsibility
- Assist the Production Head in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets.
- Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, procurement) to streamline material flow and inventory management.
- Prepare and present production reports, including output metrics, downtime analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in all production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/MRP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
