Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of centralized purchasing activities for trade products across CCK Retail Group.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective and high-quality suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline inbound supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and cost-saving strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
