Responsibility
- Assist senior private bankers in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in Bali.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized investment, wealth management, and banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Prepare and present financial reports, market insights, and investment opportunities to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., credit, compliance, and product specialists) to deliver seamless service.
- Stay updated on global and local financial markets, regulatory changes, and UOBâs product offerings.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence checks.
- Participate in networking events and business development activities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or CFA/CFP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, insurance, credit, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
- Willingness to relocate to or already based in Bali, with eligibility to work in Indonesia.
