Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily operations of a high-end dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor and optimize outlet performance, including revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and innovation.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling operational expenses.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events to enhance outlet visibility and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
