Responsibility
- Oversee daily reservation operations, including bookings, confirmations, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics for tours, accommodations, and transportation.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining service quality.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and operational performance for management review.
- Train and mentor junior staff on reservation systems, customer service standards, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to recommend innovative service improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or reservation management, preferably in a luxury segment.
- Proven track record in operations coordination, customer service, or travel logistics.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or proprietary systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury travel market and local vendor networks is advantageous.
