Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Develop and approve staff rosters to maintain optimal manpower levels and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews for supervisors and staff to foster professional growth and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and enhance patient care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, including licensing, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipment to support clinic needs.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall clinic performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in clinic management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
