Responsibility
- Assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom websites).
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, promotions, and social media strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, product listings, and pricing updates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via email, chat, or social media to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates, ROI) and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
