Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans developed by the MDT, ensuring alignment with individual health assessments.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide basic nursing care, including wound dressing, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Assist in daily living activities (e.g., bathing, feeding, toileting) with dignity and respect.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and preventive care.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in compliance with nursing home standards and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance care delivery and professional development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license or certification (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in elderly care, nursing homes, or geriatric settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
