Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and in-store) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to strengthen Manhattan Fish Market’s online presence.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights in Bali’s F&B landscape.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs for marketing projects, ensuring ROI and efficiency.
- Coordinate events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to boost foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Support the launch of new menu items or store openings with targeted promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and traditional marketing channels.
- Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Adobe Creative Suite, or content management systems is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach and a passion for food/beverage branding.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
