Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for building materials, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends in the building materials sector.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and distribution teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective go-to-market strategies.
- Manage brand identity and positioning, including logo, packaging, and promotional materials, to maintain a consistent and compelling brand image.
- Oversee content creation for marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, social media, and trade show materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize ROI and refine marketing approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
