Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to drive customer acquisition.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases, to support PR and communications efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and digital assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic web management (WordPress, CMS platforms).
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of Bali’s market dynamics.
