Responsibility
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax filings, compliance reports, and financial statements in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial risks, including currency fluctuations and interest rate exposure, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and tax authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, taxation, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP), and treasury management.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is an advantage.
