Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and diversify income streams.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and financial projections to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals that contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, partnerships, or revenue streams.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
