As an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in Supply Chain, you will drive efficiency, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless distribution of critical medical supplies across our network.

Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution of healthcare products.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols in all supply chain activities.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain resilience and scalability.
- Manage inventory levels and demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or excess supply.
- Train and mentor supply chain teams to maintain high productivity and service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven track record in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device supply chains is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
