Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
