Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support promotional activities and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
