Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Liaise with faculty, researchers, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Oversee compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in research activities.
- Prepare and review grant applications, reports, and other research-related documentation.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to research staff on administrative processes and best practices.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage research budgets and expenditures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research administration, preferably in a medical or academic setting.
- Strong knowledge of research compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and research management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with grant writing and budget management is a plus.
