Responsibility
- Collect and analyze technical information for product finalization forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to confirm product specifications and compliance with standards.
- Ensure all product documentation is completed, organized, and submitted on time for approval.
- Identify and prioritize key product requirements based on market needs and business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
- Leverage Mandarin language skills to facilitate communication with international suppliers, clients, or stakeholders.
- Monitor product development timelines and report progress to senior management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in product development workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in documentation management and familiarity with product lifecycle processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
