Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and achieve financial targets, including revenue, cost control, and profitability.
- Implement and uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures across all operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
