Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and communication strategies to align with business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading materials in English, Mandarin, or Indonesian.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for audience engagement and growth.
- Liaise with external partners, vendors, and clients to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Organize and oversee events, promotions, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, budget tracking, and resource management.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin or English (written and verbal) is highly preferred.
- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
