Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance and construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts.
- Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior management to align projects with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or maintenance, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
