Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic outreach programs to attract prospective students from Indonesia and the broader ASEAN region.
- Manage end-to-end admissions processes, including application reviews, interviews, and selection for undergraduate/graduate programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling digital and print campaigns (social media, webinars, brochures) to promote NUS programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, education agents, and alumni networks to expand NUSās recruitment pipeline.
- Organize and represent NUS at education fairs, workshops, and virtual events to engage with students and parents.
- Analyze admissions data and trends to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with academic departments to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and program requirements.
- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students on program options, scholarships, and application procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3ā5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or higher education outreach (Assistant Manager level) or 5ā7 years for Manager level.
- Proven success in student engagement, digital marketing, or sales within the education sector.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian/Bahasa is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with SEO, content creation, and social media strategies for educational institutions.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-campus events or regional outreach activities (post-pandemic).
