Responsibility
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality retail tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terms with tenants to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and mall performance.
- Prepare and present leasing reports, forecasts, and financial analyses to senior management.
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease documentation and payments.
- Participate in industry events and networking to build relationships with potential tenants and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a mall or commercial real estate setting.
- Proven track record in negotiating lease agreements and achieving occupancy targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Bali retail market is a plus.
