Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of fundraising events, including logistics, budget management, and vendor relations.
- Implement donor stewardship initiatives to ensure long-term retention and increased engagement from high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Oversee the expansion of the monthly giving program, identifying new acquisition channels.
- Provide mentorship and operational guidance to junior fundraising staff and volunteers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with prospective donors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, non-profit development, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of managing successful fundraising campaigns or donor engagement programs.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching or supervising small teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
