Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, non-profit development, or partnership management.
  • Proven track record of managing successful fundraising campaigns or donor engagement programs.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in coaching or supervising small teams.
