Responsibility

  • Lead the operational implementation of the Community Mental Health (CMH) Masterplan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
  • Collaborate with Community Mental Health providers and Service Providers to design, execute, and monitor programs that enhance mental health services.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders, to foster a cohesive care ecosystem.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of community care initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented programs, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to service providers to enhance their capacity in delivering high-quality mental health care.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and external stakeholders to highlight progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in community mental health to ensure compliance and excellence.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or community care, with a focus on mental health or social services preferred.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and program implementation in a community or healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or international organizations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
