Responsibility
- Assist the Regional Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing community services and development programs.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in community services.
- Coordinate with other departments to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
- Represent the company at community events, meetings, and public forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community services, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of local regulations, cultural norms, and community development practices in Bali.
