Responsibility
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and short-term investment strategies.
- Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and optimize working capital to support operational efficiency and minimize financial risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports (e.g., cash position, variance analysis) to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate foreign exchange (FX) transactions and hedge against currency risks where applicable.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, collections, and intercompany transfers.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to enhance control and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, or CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Treasury Management Systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and banking practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in multinational corporations or large enterprises is highly desirable.
