Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and financial risk mitigation.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in manufacturing or logistics sectors preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
