Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with corporate secretarial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on corporate governance, statutory filings, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and file statutory documents, including annual returns, resolutions, and minutes of meetings.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and databases in accordance with legal standards.
- Assist in the incorporation of new companies, including drafting constitutional documents and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance checks for clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives and process improvements within the corporate secretarial function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, company law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in preparing and filing statutory documents with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate secretarial software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, will be an advantage.
