Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions to optimize facility management operations across Bali and beyond.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to integrate IoT, AI, and automation technologies into existing systems.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through digital transformation.
- Manage digital projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Train and support teams on new digital tools, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic upgrades and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards across all digital initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital solutions, IT project management, or facility management technology, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of implementing digital transformation projects in a corporate or facility management environment.
- Strong understanding of IoT, AI, cloud computing, and data analytics as applied to operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting with a high degree of self-motivation and time management.
