Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to boost direct bookings, F&B reservations, and brand visibility across all digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize the hotelâs e-commerce performance, including OTA partnerships, website conversions, and mobile app engagement.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid social, and display advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and guest acquisition.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to align digital initiatives with pricing strategies and demand forecasting.
- Create and analyze performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Lead content strategy for the hotelâs website, blog, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and benchmark performance to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train and mentor the marketing team on digital tools, trends, and best practices in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or revenue management, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Proven track record in managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a guest-centric approach and a passion for storytelling through digital channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving digital trends.
