Responsibility
- Lead performance improvement projects by analyzing clinical metrics and operational workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline patient care pathways and improve service quality.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for operational transformation.
- Support management in budget tracking, resource allocation, and clinical policy enforcement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to present data insights and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare business analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to translate technical analytics into actionable business outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
