Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase residential market share.
- Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies for potential new residential project sites.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and land acquisition prospects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align development plans with customer needs and market demand.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for business development proposals and internal project approval processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and industry consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and managing complex project cycles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
