Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative and operational tasks for the Business & Corporate Banking division.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of corporate banking documentation, including loan agreements, credit proposals, and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Legal, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate execution of banking transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with bank policies.
  • Support the onboarding of new corporate clients by verifying documentation and facilitating account setup.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track performance metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflow and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance with local and international banking standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, business support, or administrative roles within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, credit processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, AML, KYC).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking software systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
