Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the accounting and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with SAK and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, Brevet A/B/C) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
