Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance across all restaurant locations.
- Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to comply with safety and industry standards.
- Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, addressing potential hazards proactively.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and budget tracking for maintenance expenditures.
- Train and mentor staff on basic equipment troubleshooting and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to align maintenance operations with business needs and peak service periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in commercial settings.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and optimize maintenance workflows.
- Certification in electrical, HVAC, or facility management is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends, or holidays as required by operational demands.
